Dhanurasana
Lie down on your stomach. Fold the knees, climbing up the forelegs and getting the heels closer to the hips. Take your hands behind and grab your feet. Lift the heels from your hips, raising the thighs off the ground at the same time. Try to lift your heels and thighs as higher as you can. Stay in this position for at least eight short breaths.
Navasana
Sit straight with stretched legs and arms. Keep the hands about some inches behind the hips. As your breath out, bend the knees, lifting off the feet and bringing the knees closer to the chest. Slowly unbend the knees, raising the toes above the eye level. Expand your arms along the legs and try to gaze in the forward direction. Stay in this position for at least eight short breaths.
Matsyasana
Lie down on your back. Take a deep breath and lift off your pelvis from the ground. Then, slide the hands under it, making sure that your hips rest on your palms' backside. Your forearms and elbows should be placed on your sides. Inhale and arch the back with your crown resting comfortably on the floor. Take care not injure the neck.
Ustrasana
Start with the knees with your legs distant by hip-width. Keep the hands on the pelvic region. Keep the thighs rotated within and extended the tailbone towards your knees. Take a deep breath, expand the ribcage, raise the chest, and take the hands back for holding the heels. Try to fix your eyes at your nose tip. Stay in this position for at least eight short breaths.
